How to remove gel from hands and feet
To facilitate removal, soak your hands or feet in lukewarm water for a few minutes to help soften the gel.
For a more convenient removal process, you can also use our NailSteam Pro™: turn on the device, then place your fingers or toes into the designated openings for 2 to 5 minutes. The steam helps to gradually soften the gel to make removal easier and reduce the need for scraping and filing.
What is the device included in my order used for?
Each order includes a portable UV lamp to make your manicure easier. After applying the gel, place the lamp over the nail and choose 20 or 60 seconds. The LED screen displays the time while the UV light helps cure the gel.
How does the 30-day satisfaction guarantee work?
You have 30 days after receiving your package to contact us at support@bowvibe.com if you wish to make a return. Our team will provide you with the procedure to follow in accordance with our return and refund policy.
