Order cancellation
Before the order is shipped, the customer can request its cancellation within a period of 24 hours upon its validation by contacting our customer service at Support@bowvibe.com.
After this period, the order may have been prepared, processed, or shipped by our logistics center, and its cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may, where applicable by law, exercise their right of withdrawal or make a return in accordance with Bowvibe's Return and Refund Policy.
