Order cancellation
Before the order is shipped, the customer may request its cancellation within 24 hours following its confirmation by contacting our customer service at Support@bowvibe.com.
After this period, the order may have been prepared, processed, or shipped by our fulfillment center, and its cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may, where applicable law provides, exercise their right of withdrawal or make a return in accordance with Bowvibe’s Return and Refund Policy.
