In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Before the 14-day period expires, send us a clear statement expressing your intention to withdraw to the following address:

Please include the following in your message:
* your first and last name;
* your order number;
* the email address used for the purchase;
* the product or products concerned;
* the date you received your order.
You may use the standard form available at the bottom of this page, but you are not required to do so. A clear request sent by email is valid.
After receiving your request, our customer service team will provide you with instructions and the address to which you should return the product.
Returning products
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the products concerned.
Products must be returned complete, with their accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
The customer may be held liable for any reduction in the product’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Return costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is entirely responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.
The customer may choose any carrier. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number and keeping proof of shipment until the refund has been received.
Bowvibe will cover return costs only when the error is attributable to us, including if the product received is defective, does not match the order or was sent in error.
Consumers may legally be responsible for the direct costs of returning products if they were clearly informed of this before making the purchase.
Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal validly, we will refund the amounts paid, including the initial standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered will not be refunded.
We may defer the refund until we have received the returned product or until we have received proof that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to use another refund method.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised, in particular, for:
* goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
* goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
* sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection once unsealed after delivery.
The mere fact that a package has been opened does not automatically cancel the right of withdrawal. The hygiene exception applies only to the relevant products that were sealed and were unsealed after delivery.
