In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
How do you exercise your right of withdrawal?
Before the 14-day period expires, send us a clear statement expressing your wish to withdraw to the following address:

Please include the following in your message:
* your first and last name;
* your order number;
* the email address used for the purchase;
* the product or products concerned;
* the date you received the order.
You may use the standard form available at the bottom of this page, but its use is not mandatory. A clear request sent by email is valid.
After receiving your request, our customer service team will provide you with instructions and the address to which the product should be returned.
Returning products
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the products concerned.
The products must be returned complete, together with their accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
The customer may be held liable for any decrease in the product’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the product’s nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
Return costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the products are entirely borne by the customer.
The customer may choose the carrier of their choice. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and keeping proof of shipment until the refund is received.
Return costs will be covered by Bowvibe only when the error is attributable to us, including when the product received is defective, does not match the order, or was shipped incorrectly.
The consumer may legally bear the direct return costs when they were clearly informed of this before purchase.
Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts paid, including the initial standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method offered will not be refunded.
We may defer the refund until we have recovered the returned product or until we receive proof that it has been shipped, with the relevant date being the earlier of these two events.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to use another refund method.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in particular for:
* goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods;
* goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
* sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection once they have been unsealed after delivery.
Simply opening a parcel does not automatically cancel the right of withdrawal. The hygiene exception applies only to the products concerned that were sealed and have been unsealed after delivery.
