In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty, subject to exceptions provided by law.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
Before the 14-day period expires, send us a clear statement expressing your wish to withdraw to the following address:

Please specify in your message:
* your first and last name;
* your order number;
* the email address used at the time of purchase;
* the product(s) concerned;
* the date of receipt of the order.
You can use the standard form available at the bottom of this page, but its use is not mandatory. A clear request sent by email is valid.
After receiving your request, our customer service will provide you with instructions and the address to which the product should be returned.
Return of products
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have a maximum period of 14 days to return the products concerned.
The products must be returned complete, with their accessories and, when reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
The customer may be held responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
Return costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct return costs are entirely borne by the customer.
The customer may choose the carrier of their choice. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number and keeping the proof of shipment until the refund is received.
Return costs will be covered by Bowvibe only when an error is attributable to us, notably in the case of a defective product received, non-compliant with the order, or a shipping error.
The consumer may legally bear the direct return costs when they have been clearly informed of this before purchase.
Refund
In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts paid, including the initial standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
Additional costs related to choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method offered will not be refunded.
We may delay the refund until we have received the returned product or proof of its shipment, the date retained being the first of these events.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to use another refund method.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
* goods made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
* goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
* sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery.
Simply opening a package does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. The hygiene exception applies only to the concerned products that were sealed and have been unsealed after delivery.
