These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales concluded between Bowvibe and any customer making a purchase on the site bowvibe.com.
Any order placed on the site implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Bowvibe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the order date.
Article 2 – Products
Products offered for sale are presented as accurately as possible.
Photographs, videos, and illustrations are provided for reference only and may show slight differences from the delivered product, without engaging Bowvibe’s liability.
Bowvibe reserves the right to modify or remove any product from its catalog at any time.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices displayed on the site are shown in the currency selected by the customer and include taxes when required by applicable regulations.
Any delivery fees are indicated before the final validation of the order.
Bowvibe reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting already validated orders.
Article 4 – Order
Any order is considered final after payment validation and sending of the confirmation email.
Bowvibe reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of fraud, inaccurate information, obvious pricing error, or inability to fulfill the order.
In case of product unavailability after ordering, the customer may obtain a replacement, a credit, or a full refund.
Article 5 – Order Cancellation
The customer can request the cancellation of their order within a period of 24 hours upon its validation by contacting our customer service at:

After this period, the order may already have been prepared or shipped, and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
However, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal when applicable.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are fully secured by our payment providers.
Bowvibe never has access to its customers' full banking information.
In case of payment refusal or failure, the order may be canceled.
Article 7 – Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible after payment validation.
Bowvibe delivers to many countries around the world.
Delays caused by carriers, customs formalities, or any event beyond our control cannot engage our liability.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
Consumers with a right of withdrawal have the period provided by applicable law to exercise this right.

In accordance with regulations, certain products unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons cannot be returned.
