Return and Refund Policy – Bowvibe

At Bowvibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, you have simple and clear options to return your order.





1. Returns – 30-day period



We apply a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be accompanied by its tags and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is mandatory.






2. How to request a return?

Once your request is accepted, we will send you:


  • a return shipping label (if applicable)
  • detailed instructions on how and where to send your package



⚠️ Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

3. Damage, defects, or product error



Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contactbowvibe@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will assess the situation and find the best solution (replacement, refund, etc.).





4. Exceptions – Non-returnable items



Some items cannot be returned:


  • Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Customized or made-to-measure products
  • Personal care products (cosmetics, hygiene, beauty) already opened
  • Products considered dangerous (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)
  • Promotional items (sales, special offers)
  • Gift cards



If you have any doubt about the eligibility of an item, contact us before placing an order or before the return.





5. Exchanges



We do not proceed directly with automatic exchanges.


If you wish to obtain another item:


  1. Submit a return request for the original product.
  2. Once the return is accepted and the item received, you can place a new order for the desired item.






6. Right of withdrawal in the European Union (14 days)



If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you benefit from a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order, without having to provide justification.


The conditions remain the same:


  • Item new, unworn, unused
  • Tags present and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required



This right of withdrawal applies subject to compliance with legal exclusions (notably certain hygiene products, personalized items, etc.).





7. Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you by email of:


  • the approval or denial of your refund request



If the refund is approved:


  • it will be made to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.



Please note:


Your bank or credit card issuer may take a few additional days to display the refund on your account.
